When a photographer asks you to test the light, you say yes!

Erin, 2019 Nebraska Teen USA, and I ran into each other at the NAM Nationals week in Orlando, Florida! One of my favorite parts about the pageant community is that even after not seeing good pageant friends & past clients for awhile, getting together again feels like no time has passed. Pageant girls have such strong personalities & aren’t afraid to be themselves, which makes for hilarious behind the scenes hang-outs.

Although Erin wasn’t competing at NAM, her LV-infused look with a black crop top and gold accessories was photo-ready.

I had 10 minutes before my client showed up, and Erin was the perfect model to test the light to find where our lighting “sweet spots” were.

Not only did she help me verify where the best lighting was, but we got some killer shots!
