A dangerous senior session

Heat index said 100°+ and not a cloud in the sky. Thank goodness Shayla, my senior (and brand new National American Miss Iowa Teen!), was a trooper!

Even with fair across the state closed, we still wanted that summer, colorful, fair vibe. I searched and searched, and then remembered: Minneapolis has a Ferris wheel! Well, technically due to insurance challenges, Betty Dangers has a vertically revolving patio. Wink wink.

Betty Dangers remained closed during our photoshoot, which actually made for easy shooting and no people interrupting our background. Even her sister, another former National American Miss Iowa titleholder, jumped in for a few photos. We enjoyed shooting in front of colorful pink and greens, and of course the iconic Ferris wheel.
